Located in Sha Tin, this 1,022 sq ft residential project at The Pavilia Farm III establishes a serene and cohesive living environment. The design addresses the need for functional zoning within an open layout by utilizing a consistent palette of light wood veneers, subtle geometric lines, and stone accents. In the living and dining area, the seamless integration of custom cabinetry and elegant lighting fixtures enhances spatial flow while making fuller use of natural light. The bedrooms and study continue this refined aesthetic with tailored storage solutions and symmetrical layouts. Ultimately, the design delivers a harmonious and practical home that balances quiet elegance with everyday practicality.
The living and dining area builds layers with light wood veneers and a stone feature wall, while the open layout allows natural light to flow through the space.
A rounded dining table, integrated storage wall and soft lighting connect the dining area with the living space while keeping the composition ordered and layered.
The master bedroom features large floor-to-ceiling windows, a geometric headboard wall with symmetrical sconces, and extensive built-in wardrobes.
