Each design decision,
All unfold within the space.

Located in Central's IFC and completed in 2026, this commercial office project demonstrates a sophisticated approach to workplace design. In a high-rise commercial setting, the design challenge is to balance the need for distinct functional zones with the desire to make fuller use of natural light and expansive city views. The design responds by utilizing glass partitions and an open-plan layout along the perimeter, allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the interior while maintaining clear sightlines. Dark wood finishes and integrated storage solutions create a professional and organized atmosphere. This thoughtful spatial arrangement provides a refined and efficient environment that supports both focused work and collaborative interactions.
