Each design decision,
All unfold within the space.

The interior design for LOHAS Park Phase 12C Grand Seasons aims to improve spatial efficiency and create a comfortable, cohesive living environment. The design team carefully arranged the layout of shared and private areas, and balanced functionality with visual quality through integrated storage, lighting design and selected finishes, providing a flexible yet warm contemporary living space for this modern residential community.

A cohesive living and dining design to enhance the practicality of the space

The design team focused on improving space efficiency. The living and dining areas adopt an open layout with sofas, a TV wall and dining table and chairs. Large windows admit natural light, and clear circulation planning carefully manages the relationship between shared and private spaces to provide a comfortable place to relax.

Bedroom storage and selected materials, balancing aesthetics and functionality

The interior design integrates storage and selected finishes to create a harmonious visual effect. The bedroom includes a window‑side bed, a desk and a tall wardrobe, expressed in simple lines; while providing practical functions it preserves a cosy residential atmosphere and responds to everyday living needs.

Refined lighting layout to create a modern, comfortable residence

Lighting design helps create the intended atmosphere. The bedroom includes a single bed and a tall wardrobe, with open shelving fitted with concealed light strips to provide appropriate illumination. This approach contributes to a living environment that meets contemporary expectations for a residence in a large planned community.

Feature wall finishes and low cabinets, enriching the bedroom's spatial layers

The design team also paid attention to detail in the planning of private spaces. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed and an L-shaped low cabinet, and includes a feature wall finish to enrich visual layering. The overall design seeks to enhance functionality while maintaining a warm atmosphere throughout the home to support daily relaxation and rest.
