Each design decision,
All unfold within the space.

Located in Admiralty, this 2,000-square-foot commercial office design focuses on organising workspaces, meeting facilities, circulation, and collaborative areas. The spatial layout clearly integrates a tech-forward reception, naturally lit executive offices, and transparent meeting rooms. Through the strategic use of glass partitions, wood finishes, and illuminated ceilings, the design balances operational efficiency, employee comfort, and a professional corporate identity, creating a modern and cohesive work environment. Glass-fronted rooms and layered lighting keep enclosed functions visually connected to the wider workplace, while integrated cabinetry gives shared areas a composed, professional rhythm.

PROJECT CONTEXT / DESIGN NOTES

The spatial relationship to resolve

The primary spatial challenge is to accommodate diverse functional zones, including reception, executive offices, and meeting rooms, while maintaining a cohesive professional identity and optimal natural lighting.

Order shaped through layout, material and light

The design responds by utilizing glass partitions to enhance visual connectivity and natural light penetration, alongside a consistent material palette of wood and illuminated elements to define distinct zones.

A space better prepared for everyday use

The resulting workspace fosters a professional atmosphere that supports both focused work and collaborative meetings, enhancing overall spatial efficiency and corporate presentation.
