Lexington Hill is located in Kennedy Town on Hong Kong Island and is a modern high-rise residence. The design strategy focuses on balancing comfort, functionality and visual composition, with particular attention to spatial planning, natural light and continuity of living areas to help maintain a sense of openness. Through selected materials, lighting design and customised details, an elegant and coherent atmosphere is created while responding to everyday practical needs, providing a residential environment suited to urban living.
The design team paid particular attention to spatial planning and the continuity of living areas. An open layout enables a natural transition between the living room and stair space, helping to preserve an overall sense of openness and maintain visual connections between zones.
The kitchen and dining area incorporate several bespoke cabinetry and lighting features intended to create a coherent visual effect. These design choices not only enhance the refinement of the space but also address practical daily needs by providing a fully functional arrangement.
The bedroom's large windows admit natural light, making the interior feel brighter. Selected materials, when lit, create a warm and refined living atmosphere while balancing visual appeal with practicality to meet contemporary living needs.
