The Double Cove Summit development is located in Ma On Shan, enjoying views of Tolo Harbour. The design team drew inspiration from the surrounding waterfront setting, bringing natural light and expansive views into the interior. The layout emphasises smooth circulation and storage functionality, offering modern families a living environment that balances comfort and practicality in response to seaside living.
With a simple Scandinavian approach and light timber, the interior complements the expansive sea view and creates a calm, comfortable living atmosphere
The living-room design takes advantage of the unit's location, using wide windows to bring Tolo Harbour's sea views and natural light indoors, creating a bright, open living atmosphere that responds to the surrounding waterfront setting.
The design team emphasised smooth circulation in the spatial planning, organising the living and dining areas accordingly. The open-plan design aids visual extension of the space and provides a comfortable area for daily interaction among household members.
To address everyday family needs, storage solutions are incorporated. The bedroom storage is planned to offer practicality and function while maintaining a refined interior aesthetic.
