BPH Condo is located within a modern residential development in Hong Kong. The design responds to the requirements of efficient apartment living. Overall planning emphasises effective use of space through integrated storage solutions and living-area layouts to maintain order and organisation. Material and finish selections create a harmonious atmosphere that balances practicality with visual expression, providing a comfortable living environment suited to contemporary lifestyles.
The design team developed a specific spatial plan for the modern apartment. By organising the living areas, the layout maintains spatial flow and functionality, providing an orderly residential environment that meets long‑term use requirements. The photographs show the living area's configuration and furniture arrangement.
The design incorporates integrated storage solutions intended to maintain interior tidiness and organisation. These features assist in organising everyday items to meet the practical needs of modern living. Photographs show storage cabinets installed in the bedroom, demonstrating how storage is integrated with the overall environment.
In the selection of materials and finishes, the design emphasises a harmonious and unified atmosphere. Chosen materials balance practicality with visual quality to provide a comfortable tactile character for the residence.
