Balancing distinct work zones with daylight and harbour views, we use an open perimeter layout and glass sliding doors to keep sightlines continuous while separating meetings. Dark timber built-in shelving and integrated storage bring a composed rhythm to the office, leaving it both transparent and quietly grounded.
The expansive executive office area utilizes large floor-to-ceiling windows to bring in Victoria Harbour views, enhancing the space's transparency and grandeur.
The executive office is equipped with dark wood built-in bookcases and a spacious desk, creating a stable and professional decision-making environment.
The meeting room is separated by glass sliding doors, maintaining visual continuity while helping maintain meeting privacy.
In a high-rise commercial setting, the design challenge is to balance the need for distinct functional zones with the desire to make fuller use of natural light and expansive city views.
The design responds by utilizing glass partitions and an open-plan layout along the perimeter, allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the interior while maintaining clear sightlines.
Dark wall finishes, glass partitions and clearly defined zones shape a refined, well-organised workplace with distinct settings for focused work and team conversations.
