The Dunray Group Private Clubhouse is located in Hong Kong and is intended to provide a textured, quality leisure environment responding to needs for relaxation, socialising and community interaction. The design emphasises a balance of comfort, flexibility and function, with particular attention to circulation and spatial organisation so that shared areas are naturally connected. Selected materials and lighting create a warm atmosphere while expressing the club’s refined character, offering users varied leisure experiences.
The club's outdoor area is centred on an infinity pool, surrounded by multi-layered architectural forms. Large expanses of curtain wall glazing not only bring in natural light but also visually extend the interior and exterior spaces, creating a refined and contemporary leisure character
The outdoor terrace extensively uses wooden decking, paired with concealed lighting and underwater lights to create a warm visual atmosphere. The interplay of materials and light maintains the clubhouse’s overall visual consistency and conveys a refined leisure character.
A sunken seating area by the pool is fitted with green sofa cushions, offering a place to relax and socialise. The adjacent fire pit adds a warm visual ambience and responds to residents' needs for gathering spaces, creating a comfortable communal leisure environment.
The design takes spatial flexibility into account, with a modern bar, barstools and woven-style outdoor loungers provided at the poolside. These facilities support a variety of activities, accommodating uses such as daytime sunbathing or evening social gatherings.
