This commercial office project in Hong Kong is designed to support the operations and professional needs of large organisations. The design strategy focuses on establishing a practical work environment to facilitate communication, collaboration and daily operations. By carefully planning workspaces, circulation, meeting facilities and staff amenities, and specifying appropriate materials and lighting, the project balances corporate image with staff welfare and contemporary office aesthetics to provide a professional space that meets modern business requirements.
The reception area uses an open design combined with a generous atrium and a feature staircase to establish clear, fluid internal circulation. The space includes a stone reception desk and casual seating, presenting a professional and contemporary corporate image for large organisations.
The office contains multiple meeting rooms separated by glass partitions and flexible collaboration zones, equipped with mobile whiteboards. The design aims to support communication and daily operations for teams of varying sizes, helping to maintain overall work efficiency and collaborative requirements.
The project includes a dedicated fitness area for staff, equipped with a range of exercise equipment. Wooden slatted ceiling elements and planted greenery are incorporated overhead, introducing leisure elements into the professional office environment and addressing staff wellbeing.
The washrooms and changing rooms continue the overall professional atmosphere, using wood‑grain finishes contrasted with dark stone. The spaces include ample shelving for storage, balancing practicality with contemporary office design aesthetics.
