At Pano Harbour, the 1,187-square-foot residence balances distinct zones with an open, continuous flow. An open-plan living and dining area, integrated storage, and considered lighting bring clarity, while pale tones, dark timber, and built-in furniture give each space a calm, layered presence.
The open-plan living and dining area features a light colour palette, complemented by a feature wall and lighting design to create a spacious and bright gathering space.
The master suite contrasts dark wood tones with light soft furnishings, combining a cove-lit ceiling and glass wardrobes to enhance spatial depth and practicality.
The children's room, themed in pink and white, integrates the desk, wardrobe and bed into a cohesive design, maximising space utilisation and providing ample storage.
In a 1,187-square-foot layout, the design must balance distinct functional zones while maintaining an open, cohesive flow throughout the residence.
The design employs an open-plan living area, integrated storage solutions, and strategic lighting to define zones without compromising the sense of space.
The resulting environment offers a harmonious and practical living experience that supports both relaxation and daily activities.
